He is a co-curator of the International traveling exhibition and book "Both Sides of Peace" Israeli and Palestinian posters, Museum of Contemporary Art Raleigh North Carolina, since 1996. Mr. Lemel's awards include the 2002 Korean Poster Biennial Grand Prix; the 2002 Mexico Poster Biennial Gold Medal; the 2002 Brno Graphic Design Biennial Silver Medal, Czech Republic.
